Lets start off with Charlie, after personal training for a few years in a local commercial gym Charlie had seen enough and knew the fitness industry needed something more, especially for parents, So Charlie got together with a client of his Craig to build Generation Health & Fitness. He has invested heavily into his own knowledge to ensure he is in the best position possible to help you drop body fat and gain confidence. Amber has always had a passion for training and living a healthy lifestyle, health and fitness has been a consistent part of her life for the last 6 years. She then wanted to turn that passion into something more, while she was pregnant she decided to do her level 2 and level 3 personal training course. It wasnt easy doing it while pregnant but was an important part of progressing into the career she wanted. Amber doesnt feel that being a PT is just about the workouts - Its about helping people feel strong, capable and confident in their own bodies. She believes everyone deserves the right to feel empowered through fitness, this is why she is so excited to have the opportunity to guide you to a happier, healthier life! Jackie is a 49 year old personal trainer out here putting 19 year olds to shame! With 7 years of professional experience and a life long passion for fitness. Jackie began her journey as a school athlete and continued her passion in her time in the army where discipline and physical training became second nature.

Jackie is a qualified level 2 and 3 personal trainer aswell as a kettlebell and spin instructor. Over the years she has run a wide range of fitness programmes - From her 1-1 and group fat loss coaching, adult and kids' bootcamps and even team training for football youth squads. Jackie is especially proud to have coached several boys' football teams that went on to win their leagues.

Whether its 1-1 or group coaching sessions, Jackie is completely committed to helping ypu unlock your potential, build not just strength but confidence and live a healthier, kmore active life!

Meet Demi - She is a passionate personal trainer who provides whole families with opportunities to keep fit and healthy. As well as her experience with PT, she has a background as a fully qualified primary school teacher. She knows how to make sessions engaging, interactie and of course, safe for children of all ages and stages. She offers:

1-1 Adult PT

2-1 Child and Adult PT

Adult group training

Parent and Child Classes

Childrens fitness classes

Lastly, Demi has lots of experience working with children with neurodiverse needs, making her a trusted expert for families who find traditional gym settings daunting. She covers all bases to ensure you have the opportunity to be the healthiest and best version of yourself

Thomas has built his coaching programme through his own experiences with the life changing power of exercise. As someone who has suffered from severe anxiety, depression and trying to prioritise his own health as a buisiness owner and parent, he knows the challenges you are facing

The gym gave Thomas more than just a better body, it gave him confidence, purpose and a community which is the foundation Generation Health and Fitness is built on. Having worked in the commercial fitness industry for almost 10 years seeing how little care was given to members pushed him to start his own coaching business that actually helps address peoples real life problems and offer life changing results.

His coaching is built to fit your busy lifestyle combining training, nutrition and real lifestyle habits into a plan that works for you and lasts a lifetime.

Meet Dean, 13 years in as a personal trainer.

Has coached everyone from first time lifters to international athletes.

Strength, fat loss, performance and even rehab, He has helped people overcome all kinds of challenges

He has even had the honour of coaching team Scotland at a powerlifting event.

But feels just as much of a buzz helping someone smash their first proper deadlift!

Dean coaches because he feels everyone deserves to feel strong, fit and most of all confident.

Most people just need a plan and someone who actually gives a shit!

He keeps it simple and focuses on clarity, effort and technique as this is what gets results that can last a lifetime.

Meet Boyd, Boyd initially got into fitness to overcome some personal body confidence issues when he was a teenager, but he found much more than that. The gym has taught Boyd values of patience and discipline and has reflected positively into every other area of his life.

Boyds main aim is to help men, especially dads like himself become the best version of themselves while making the most of life and fatherhood

With years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in all things fitness Boyd is a great fit to help yoy smash your goals and become the man you want to be!

Meet Kirsty. She has been training for seven years and has always had a passion for fitness. After having her daughter and navigating the challenges of scoliosis, she began training more effectively than ever before. This transformation inspired her to pursue her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. 


She offers 1-1 personal training sessions with women.
